PRODUCT DESCRIPTION LR is a copolymer of butadiene and acryionitrile.It is a viscous liquid state rubber under room temperature with average molecular weight of around 10000. LR is pale yellow,translucent and odourtess. LR is the non-volatile and non-precipitation plasticizerand processing agent for polar polymers such ae NBR.CR etc. LR can also be used in resin modification and adhesive materials. CHARACTERISTCS AND APPLICATION LR uses as a plasicizer for soid nitrie rubber,can be completely dissolved with any type of nitrile rubber without any limitation on the dosage. LR uses as softener for nitrile rubber,and will not precipitate from the products,therefore improves oil resistance property and extend service life. LR is the modifying agent for PVC resin.phenolic resin,epoxy resin and other resins.It can improve the low temperature resistance.heat resistance rebound resilience properties and softness of the product. LR can be used in preparation of adhesives. It can also be used as a special plasticizer for plastisol and other applicestions. PACKAGING LR is packed in either 25kg metal pails or 200kg steel drums. SAFETY LR is not dangerous when it is procesed in accordance wth the product MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet.) PRODUCT STORAGE 1.The product should be stored in a cool,dry and ventilated environment. avoid direct sunlight,away from heat,storage temperature should not be higher then 40℃ 2.Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture under proper storage conditions.
